Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida shaxsga doir ma’lumotlarni himoya qilishni asosiy inson huquqi sifatida ta’minlash borasida turli xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi qiyosiy-huquqiy tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda Yevropa Ittifoqi, Amerika Qo‘shma Shtatlari, Osiyo-Tinch okeani mintaqasi va Markaziy Osiyo davlatlarining milliy qonunchilik tizimlarida shaxsiy hayot daxlsizligi huquqi, ma’lumot subyekti huquqlari hamda raqamli muhitda inson huquqlarini ta’minlashga oid yondashuvlar taqqoslangan. Maqolada turli huquqiy oilalarga mansub davlatlarning raqamli huquqlarni tartibga solish modellari hamda institutsional tizimlarining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari ochib berilgan. Muallif xalqaro inson huquqlari standartlarini milliy qonunchilikka implementatsiya qilishning eng samarali usullarini aniqlash maqsadida qiyosiy tahlil metodologiyasidan foydalangan. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekiston Respublikasida raqamli muhitda inson huquqlarini himoya qilish tizimini takomillashtirish uchun amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
