Maqolada raqamli tadbirkorlikni huquqiy tartibga solishning asosiy tendensiyalari xususiy huquq va tadbirkorlik huquqi nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi raqamli platformalar, elektron shartnomalar, smart-shartnomalar, raqamli huquqlar va raqamli obyektlar bilan bogʻliq munosabatlarning huquqiy tabiatini aniqlash hamda Oʻzbekiston qonunchiligini takomillashtirish boʻyicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Maqolada raqamli tadbirkorlik faqat elektron tijorat shakli emas, balki elektron identifikatsiya, onlayn toʻlovlar, axborot tizimlari, platforma xizmatlari va algoritmik boshqaruv vositalari bilan bogʻliq kompleks huquqiy hodisa sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy-huquqiy, tizimli, formal-yuridik va doktrinal tahlil usullaridan foydalanilgan. Natijada raqamli tadbirkorlikni tartibga solishda toʻrtta asosiy yoʻnalish: huquqiy tushunchalarni aniqlashtirish, raqamli platforma operatorining javobgarligini belgilash, elektron bitim va smart-shartnomalarning fuqarolik-huquqiy rejimini mustahkamlash, startaplar va raqamli xizmatlar eksporti uchun moslashuvchan huquqiy rejimlarni rivojlantirish zarurligi asoslantiriladi.
