Maqolada klinik amaliyotda “yashirin sun’iy intellekt” (Shadow AI) fenomeni tadqiq etilgan. Bu tushuncha shifokorlarning tibbiyot tashkilotida belgilangan tartib-taomillar va protokollardan tashqari tekshirilmagan generativ sun’iy intellekt (SI) vositalaridan ruxsatsiz foydalanishini anglatadi. Asosiy e’tibor bunday foydalanishni nazorat qilishning huquqiy mexanizmlariga qaratilgan. Qiyosiy-huquqiy va formal-yuridik metodlar asosida shifokor siri va shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risidagi qonunchilik talablarining buzilishi xavflari, bemorlar xavfsizligiga tahdidlar, shuningdek yuridik javobgarlikni belgilash va taqsimlash muammolari tahlil qilingan. Tibbiyot tashkilotlarida SI-komplayens bo‘yicha ichki siyosatni ishlab chiqish hamda tegishli talablarni O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligida mustahkamlash zarurati asoslab berilgan.
