Abstract

The creation of international transport corridors in order to enter world markets is one of the most urgent tasks for all countries in the world, especially for landlocked countries such as Uzbekistan. The creation of these corridors requires detailed international legal regulation between the states through whose territory the corridor passes, while the national legal regulation of each state separately also requires special attention. This article will discuss issues related to identifying government bodies of Uzbekistan whose functions are related to the creation of corridors. The author has made attempts to identify aspects that require legal regulation in order to increase the efficiency of work in this direction. The author concludes that in order to ensure coordination of the work of bodies and eliminate possible inaccuracies and duplication of functions, it is necessary to adopt a national concept for the development of international transport corridors, which will not only specify the functions of government bodies, but also determine the main directions for the development of corridors, the principles of creating corridors, the determination of priority directions of corridors, measures to increase capacity at checkpoints along the route, etc.
