METHODS OF ENSURING PROCEDURAL TIME LIMITS: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

This article analyzes the mechanisms for ensuring compliance with procedural time limits in the judicial and legal systems of foreign countries. Approaches aimed at considering court cases within the established timeframes will also be studied using the example of the USA, Great Britain, Russia, Germany, Italy, and other countries. In particular, such measures as the prompt consideration of court cases, the introduction of digital technologies, and compensation and monitoring systems will be analyzed. Specific proposals will also be put forward on what aspects of foreign experience can be applied to the legislation and judicial practice of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the research is aimed at ensuring justice by observing procedural deadlines, strengthening the trust of citizens, and strengthening legal stability.
