THE USE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AND DIGITALIZATION OF THE ENERGY SECTOR AS A GUARANTEE FOR THE ELIMINATION OF CORRUPTION FACTORS

Abstract

This article highlights factors for eliminating corruption risks through the use of innovative technologies and digitalization of the energy sector.  It is scientifically substantiated that the formation of a market for energy services and the stimulation of increasing the energy efficiency of housing are important in creating opportunities to eliminate corruption factors, and the reduction of human factors with the help of modern digital technologies expands the possibilities of destroying a hotbed of corruption. The research results are scientifically substantiated as a proposal for Chapter 5 of Appendix 1 and Appendix 5 of the draft Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 673 dated October 24, 2025 “On Measures to Stimulate the Formation of the Energy Services Market and Increase the Energy Efficiency of Housing.”
