Abstract

The article examines the constitutional and legal foundations of the participation of political parties in the formation of representative bodies of state power in the field and the problems in this direction, developed proposals aimed at expanding the participation of political parties in the formation of representative bodies of state power in the field and the implementation of priority areas for improving their activities.
