Abstract

This article analyzes in detail the issues of improving the norms of the subject of crimes related to the illegal property interests of civil servants. It suggests several solutions for the development of the role of the media in modern society, ensuring openness and transparency of public procurement, improving state control over public procurement, highlighting the growing corruption in the public procurement process.
