SOME THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ISSUES OF WOMEN’S BROAD PARTICIPATION IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITIES

The article focuses on the new reforms carried out in the framework of the state policy on the issue of treatment of women in New Uzbekistan and their legal framework, protection of women’s rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests, increasing the social activity of women today, increasing their position in the family and society, and the issues of increasing the role of women’s labor in the development of small business and private entrepreneurship, the role of women entrepreneurs in the modern world, support for women’s entrepreneurship, and the creation of a business environment. The object of the research in the article is to ensure the economic independence of women, protect their rights and legitimate interests, ensure high-quality professional training and employment, and broadly involve them in business activities and the system of social and legal relations related to ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of women in need of social protection. The subject of the research is normative legal documents regulating women’s entrepreneurial activity and scientific and theoretical views. The study used historical, comparative-legal, logical, and scientific methods. Reforms in the judicial sphere were also analyzed by the author in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of women and find a fair solution to their problems within the framework of the law.
