Abstract

The article highlights some theoretical and practical issues of resolving disputes on the convocation of a general meeting of participants from the category of corporate disputes, considers the need to amend the procedural and substantive legislation on the basis of examples from judicial practice, as well as the procedure for convening an extraordinary general meeting, reveals the nature of some disputes and aspects that need to be taken into account when eliminating.
