Some organizational and legal issues of state support for non-governmental non-profit organizations in Uzbekistan

Abstract

This article discusses the issues of problems related to the activities of non-governmental non-profit organizations, prospects for the legal regulation of a non-governmental non-profit organizations that is subject to recognition as socially useful, prospects for improving the legal norms of the Institute of Social Partnership with the participation of non-governmental non-profit organizations, the strategy for the development of the non-profit sector on the example of the National association of non-governmental non-profit organizations.
