Abstract

The authors analyzed the existing approaches, their limitations in digital inheritance management, and the possibilities of exclusive use of blockchain in this area. The study focuses on the problem of digital inheritance management in the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan, due to the importance associated with the rapid spread of information technology. Traditional methods of managing inherited assets do not take into account legal uncertainty, access issues, and the risk of data loss. The implementation of exclusive blockchain increases the reliability of information, provides ease of management, ensures transparency of transactions, and simplifies processes. However, its implementation requires legislative changes, consideration of technical limitations, and attention to the protection of functions. In the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is proposed to develop a special law to ensure the reliability of inheritance processes and the convenience of digital heritage management using an exclusive blockchain. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for improving legislation in the field of digital inheritance management using blockchain technology. The methodology includes analyzing existing approaches, investigating the potential of exclusive blockchain, and assessing the possibilities of its integration into legislation. The results are aimed at identifying the problems of digital inheritance management and developing innovative approaches to their solution.
