LEGAL SOCIALIZATION AS THE BASIS OF SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article examines the role, place and significance of legal socialization in the development of society. Using the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and analysis of documents, the positive and negative consequences of the assimilation of legal values ​​by young people entering into social relations in the context of democratic renewal have been studied. The approach is carried out from an integrated methodological point of view. The article attempts to shed light on the theory and teaching of socialization, stages and levels of legal socialization, stages of adaptation and internalization in the process of socialization of a person, an object and subject of legal socialization. The scale of the influence of family, school, peers and the media as agents of legal socialization on the formation of legal skills in a person has been studied.  Attempts have been made to give theoretical recommendations on the target impact of deviant behavioral norms that arise in human behavior in the process of socialization.
