Abstract

 The article analyzes the features of the development of the legal system of the countries of Central Asia in modern conditions. Both general and specific aspects of the development of the legal system in these countries are emphasized. An attempt is made to analyze what is common to the systems of law of these countries, as well as their features of development, which are inherent in the legal development of individual countries of this region. In particular, an attempt is made to compare some similar norms from the constitutions of the countries of Central Asia, fixing the essence and content of these states. It is noted that those common and distinctive features that took place in the systems of sources of law in these countries, in particular, regarding the status of decisions of the Supreme Courts. The article also focuses on such trends in the development of the legal system of these countries as the influence of English law and its application in the field of international cooperation, more precisely, in the field of business and commerce. At the same time, the article notes that the introduction of English law is a rather complicated process that requires significant material and organizational resources. Some features of the legislation regarding normative legal acts, including codes, their diversity, and general directions of their development are analyzed
