PROSPECTS FOR INTRODUCING MODERN FORMS OF PUBLIC CONTROL

The article analyzes the issues of introducing modern forms of public control, including the opinions of various scientists about public control and the legal basis of public control. In addition, in the civil society that is being established in our country, state authorities and officials are under the control of the general public based on the Constitution and laws, and state agencies and officials are “hired servants” of civil society and are responsible to the people, in particular, the principles of communication with the people, the state to citizens that the principles of service provision are gaining importance in accelerating the processes of liberalization in all aspects of the society, ensuring public control over the activities of state power and management bodies in ensuring the implementation of laws, in a word, the establishment of sufficient public control is required today by the time itself and it is covered in this article. At the same time, in the conditions of the fundamental reforms taking place in our country, in order to further accelerate reforms in the direction of civil society and to ensure the rule of law, proposals were made to amend and add to the legislation directly related to public control.
