Abstract

This article presents an analysis and classification of international and national legislation on tourism and its safety, which highlights the specific aspects of legislation and the features of its imperatives in regulation. The author, speaking about the classification of legislation on tourism and its safety, emphasizes that the national legal definition of the concept of tourism safety has not been formulated. She also emphasizes the importance of establishing a legal definition of the concept of tourist safety in the development and determination of the prospects of this area of legislation. The article analyzes the need to analyze the system of international and national legislation in the regulation of safe tourism by category while focusing on the importance of forming legislation in accordance with generally accepted norms of international law. The study used such methods as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, and comparative legal analysis. Also in the research work, advanced foreign experience, scientific and theoretical views, and the opinions of domestic and foreign scientists were studied, as a result of which the author’s definition of the term “Safe Tourism” was formulated and a proposal was developed to amend and supplement the relevant paragraphs of the law based on this definition.
