ISSUES OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF PERSONS ASSISTING IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF JUSTICE IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

This article examines the activities of court experts, specialists, interpreters, and the digitization of witness testimonies, the role of information technology in their activities, the problems related to digitization, and solutions. It discusses international doctrines, opinions, and observations of scholars on the reform of the activities of assisting persons in ensuring fair justice in economic processes through the application of digitization and artificial intelligence technologies, programs, applications, electronic (remote) platforms, and communication tools. The application of these technologies in expert investigations conducted by the Republican Forensic Examination Center named after X. Sulaymanova, the exercise of the right to participate in court hearings in videoconference mode, the provision of sign language and subtitle services for the hearing-impaired, the translation services of interpreters, the identification of witness statements, obtaining expert opinions remotely, and ensuring the secure circulation of electronic documents were studied. Practical aspects, legislative changes and additions, as well as the use of modern information technologies in the activities of assisting persons in the judicial process, and the comparative analysis of the experience of foreign countries in the field of digitization were examined. The article concludes with conclusions, suggestions, and recommendations on improving the current procedural legislation and judicial practice.
