Abstract

This article highlights the issues of establishing interaction between the prosecutor’s office and public authorities and management bodies, supervisory organizations, other institutions, and local self-government bodies. The exchange of information and documents, implementation of the principle of non-interference in the financial and economic activities of economic entities were analyzed. It was also noted that there is a need for direct interaction between the prosecutor’s office and the bodies authorized to exercise state control over the allocation, use, and protection of land. The author emphasizes the importance of mutual cooperation of the prosecutor’s office with local public authorities and specially authorized state bodies in the regions by sectors. From a scientific and critical point of view, the work of the Republican Council on early detection of violations of land legislation and coordination of measures aimed at their prevention was analyzed. In addition, statistical data on the issue under study, examples of positive experience of cooperation of prosecutor’s offices of foreign countries with other agencies, scientific views of scientists and researchers, and opinions of experts in the field were presented. As a conclusion, proposals for improving the legislation and the author’s conclusions on this topic were presented.
