Abstract

The article addresses the issues of considering the Uzbek model of the welfare state, its formation and development features, and the implementation of the principle of “man-society-state” within it. It is explained that at the current stage of development in our republic, fundamental reforms are being undertaken to modernize the country, aiming towards the establishment of a democratic legal state.
