ISSUES OF EXPANDING CITIZENSʼ PARTICIPATION IN INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PEOPLEʼS STATE-BUILDING, STATE AND SOCIETY ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM

This article examines tasks related to the process of state building and increasing the participation of citizens in improving the efficiency of state and community management. The author focuses on analyzing the constitutional and legal foundations of building a people’s and people-friendly state according to the new constitution. It also discusses the issues of citizensʼ participation in the management of state and community life, focusing on the essence of legal frameworks adopted in this direction in the last 6-7 years. As a gradual end to these reforms, the provisions of the new constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan are shown, and it is justified that the main norms in them are primarily aimed at guaranteeing and ensuring human rights and freedoms.
