This article analyzes the norms and their economic and legal significance, reflected in the amendments to our new Constitution, which fix the creation of conditions for fair competition, the prohibition of unfair competition, that is, the restriction of monopoly, in order to develop economic activity. The opportunities created by the state for the development of entrepreneurship through new norms are also emphasized.
