ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF LEGISLATIVE GUARANTEES OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The problem of the implementation of human rights guarantees, their recognition, protection and protection are considered to be the subject of discussions by researchers in various spheres of society. Another problem is the correct understanding of the concept of duties and responsibilities of the state and its bodies in modern legal science in the field of universal values and their protection, is considered in the study of the legal, democratic, social state, modern state, the interaction of law and man, the legal status of the individual, and other legal institutions. This scientific article defends the author’s position of understanding the legislative guarantees of human rights, and ways to solve urgent problems of their implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. This scientific article is devoted to the current problems of state policy in the field of legislative guarantees of human rights. The purpose of the scientific article is to highlight some current problems, analyze ways to solve them, and formulate conclusions. The relevance of the scientific article is confirmed by the demand for applied and constructive-critical research in the field of human rights, which in a sense will allow us to understand the practice of their implementation in life, and the problems associated with the ideological and substantive aspect of human rights. The methodology of the scientific article covers the application of methods of scientific analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, sociological research method, and generalization of scientific material. The results of the work in the scientific article are expressed in the form of proposals developed by the author of the article. The scope of application of the results is, first of all, the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan itself, regulating socio-economic legislative guarantees of human rights. The general conclusion in this scientific article is the need to expand human capabilities to realize their rights and legitimate interests, especially through digital capabilities and ICT.
