Ensuring the openness of the activities of state authorities and management, informing the general public about the process of implementing political, economic, and social reforms in Uzbekistan is one of the most important directions of democratic renewal and modernization of the country, building a strong civil society. To date, the issues of regulatory regulation of the realization of the right of citizens to receive and use information about the activities of local government bodies have not been sufficiently studied from the scientific side.
