PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES

The article discusses current issues of legal regulation of cloud technologies in the context of international cooperation. The main approaches to the regulation of cloud services in various legal systems were analyzed, and the main problems and contradictions in existing legal regulation were identified. Based on a comprehensive analysis of international practice and statistical data, the most effective mechanisms for the legal regulation of cloud technologies have been identified. Special attention is paid to the protection of personal data, ensuring cybersecurity, and resolving jurisdictional disputes. Specific recommendations are proposed for improving the international legal framework in the field of cloud technology regulation and developing international cooperation in this area.
