Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the prospects and challenges of using artificial intelligence (AI) and analytical systems in the process of delivering judicial decisions. Current achievements in the field of AI, which can improve the efficiency and objectivity of judicial rulings, are examined. With the development of AI technologies, there is potential for more objective, faster, and accurate decision-making in courts, which can reduce human errors and biases. However, the application of AI in the legal sphere raises many ethical and practical issues, such as algorithm transparency, AI control, responsibility for system errors, and the need to maintain human involvement in the decision-making process. Particular attention is paid to the need for a balanced approach, where AI serves as a support tool for judges rather than a replacement for their professional judgments. Additionally, ethical and legal aspects of AI use in judicial practice are considered, including issues of transparency, accountability, and the protection of human rights. Potential risks, such as algorithmic bias and cybersecurity threats, are also discussed. The article provides recommendations for integrating AI into the judicial system, taking into account international experience and best practices.
