LEGAL TECHNOLOGY IN LEGAL ACTIVITY: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the essence and content of legal technology, as well as its significance in legal activity. The relevance of study this issue is determined by the role of legal technology in modern conditions, the need to ensure high quality and effectiveness of legal activity. The author used systematic, comparative-legal, and other methods of scientific research. The paper substantiates the conclusion that legal technology is broader than the concept of legal technique, encompassing both it and some other legal phenomena. The characteristics and features of legal technology are given, and its influence on the quality and results of legal activity is revealed. The research findings can be used in the process of improving legal practice. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that there is an objective need to further develop the theory of legal technology, and proposals for its improvement were developed
