THE IMPORTANCE OF IMPLEMENTING REGIONAL “ROADMAPS” IN SUPPORTING YOUTH EMPLOYMENT

This article provides an in-depth study of the newest and most effective methods for ensuring youth employment across our country. In particular, the importance of creating special “roadmaps” based on the specific economic situation and labor market requirements of each region was highlighted. Based on the real situation in several regions, the practical significance of regional programs aimed at reducing youth unemployment is analyzed in detail. Furthermore, in order to meet the direct needs of local employers, appropriate scientific and practical proposals and recommendations have been put forward to further improve the system of training young personnel in modern professions and improving their qualifications.
