LEGAL LIABILITY FOR VIOLATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIELD OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY

Abstract

In this article, the system of legal responsibility arising from non-compliance with environmental and legal norms in the field of the environment and energy was analyzed from a national and international point of view. Important issues related to the improvement of environmental legislation, the formation of the legal framework for the development of green energy, and the further development of future prospects are highlighted. Also, the constitutional and legal principles of sustainable development of the energy system of New Uzbekistan, issues of ensuring environmental safety, and the national and international significance of energy law sources were studied. Theoretical views on the rational use of natural resources, their legal regulation and application in scientific research are also analyzed.
