РОЛЬ ИНВЕСТИЦИОННЫХ СОГЛАШЕНИЙ В РАЗВИТИИ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ И ИХ РЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ НА ВНУТРИГОСУДАРСТВЕННОМ УРОВНЕ

В данной статье исследованы вопросы правового регулирования инвестиционных соглашений в цифровой экономике в период усиленного развития технологий. Экономические и политические императивы сочетаются с технологическими инновациями, чтобы стимулировать рост цифровой экономики, причем уровни роста особенно высоки в развивающихся странах. Стратегия этого роста должна определяться частным сектором, направляться правительством и анализироваться гражданским обществом и академическими кругами. За последние десятилетия одним из наиболее примечательных явлений в международном инвестиционном праве стало необычайное увеличение количества заключенных соглашений, касающихся защиты или либерализации иностранных инвестиций, где особую роль играют предоставляемые государствами режимы для инвестиционной деятельности и положение иностранных инвесторов. Тем не менее основы для этих действий отсутствуют с определения-
ми, концепциями и показателями цифровой экономики, которая в настоящее время несколько не упорядочена. Основной целью статьи является раскрытие сущности цифровой экономики, двусторонних инвестиционных соглашений, инвестиционной деятельности, криптоактивов, а также вопросов совершенствования понимания токенов и криптовалюты, включения их в соглашения с точки перспектив развития цифровой экономики в соответствии с новыми принятыми нормативно-правовыми актами Республики Узбекистан.
