УПРАВЛЕНИЕ СУДЕБНЫМИ ДЕЛАМИ В СИСТЕМЕ ЭЛЕКТРОННОГО ГРАЖДАНСКОГО ДЕЛА (E-SUD)

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы применения Court Case Management System при ведении гражданского судопроизводства, речь идет об освещении таких процессов, как прием гражданских судебных документов, распределение судебных дел, подготовка к судебному разбирательству, рассмотрение судебных дел, принятие судебных решений, направление и архивирование судебных документов в системе Court Case Management System. Electronic Court Case Management System описывается как система для ведения электронных судебных дел, управления ими через систему автоматизации, а также электронной передачи, обработки и хранения документов, включая судебные документы. В статье указывается, что Electronic Court Case Management System позволяет регистрировать судебные документы, редактировать судебные документы, заполнять их сторонами, удалять ненужные документы, легко находить судебные документы по гражданским делам, в целом подготавливать гражданское дело в электронном виде. Также в данной статье рассматривается опыт развитых стран мира по работе Electronic Court Case Management System в судебной системе и его преимущества.
