FEATURES AND DISTINCTIVE FEATURES OF LEGAL CULTURE AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT

The scientific article reveals some issues of the development of legal culture in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of ongoing legal reforms. At the same time, the subject of the article is not only regulatory and legal material, based on which it is possible to explain the development of legal culture in Uzbekistan, but also some actual problems in its development. Accordingly, the author sets the following goal of the scientific article - to clearly identify some problems of the development of legal culture, the features and differences of legal culture at the present stage of development of society. The relevance of the scientific article is obvious, because the current state of public consciousness and culture is becoming less and less the subject of scientific research, in legal science, traditional postulates of legal culture are mainly described, which is already moving away from the practice of society due to the development of ICT technologies. The methodology of the scientific article covers the application of methods of scientific analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, sociological research method, and generalization of scientific material. The results of the work in the scientific article are a set of identified topical problems and proposals for their understanding and solution. The scope of application of the results is the legislation and public practice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which in one way or another are related to the legal culture. The general conclusion in this scientific article is the statement that the legal culture is being transformed by combining with consumer and digital culture. And taking into account the external and internal factors of its development, it should be given a new description in legal science.
