Ushbu maqola Big Data sohasida maʼlumotlarni qayta ishlash va tahlil qilish jarayonida sunʼiy intellektning (SI) huquq hamda majburiyatlarini tartibga solishdagi muammolar, potensial yechimlarni muhokama qilishga bagʻishlangan. Tadqiqot kompleks metodologiyani qoʻllagan holda Big Data sohasida sunʼiy intellektning huquq va majburiyatlarini tartibga solishning huquqiy hamda axloqiy jihatlarini oʻrganadi. Maqolada SIni qoʻllashda javobgarlik, shaffoflik, kamsitmaslik va shaxsiy maʼlumotlarni himoya qilishning huquqiy, axloqiy jihatlari koʻrib chiqiladi. Mavjud huquqiy asoslar oʻrganiladi va ularni takomillashtirish boʻyicha zarur choralar taklif etiladi, jumladan, maxsus qonunchilikni ishlab chiqish, mustaqil audit mexanizmlarini yaratish, shaffoflik va hisobdorlikka oid talablarni belgilash, shuningdek, xalqaro hamkorlikni rivojlantirish kabilar qayd etiladi. SIni tartibga solishda shaffoflik va hisobdorlik prinsiplarining roliga alohida eʼtibor qaratiladi. Shuningdek, tartibga solishning huquqiy va axloqiy jihatlarini yanada rivojlantirish uchun takliflar beriladi. Xususan, SI tizimlarini ishlab chiquvchilar, operatorlarining burch va masʼuliyatlarini belgilovchi maxsus standartlarni joriy etish hamda SI tizimlarini mustaqil ekspertizadan oʻtkazish va audit qilish mexanizmlarini yaratish shular jumlasidan. Tadqiqotda raqamli davrda innovatsion texnologiyalarni rivojlantirish va inson huquqlarini himoya qilishni taʼminlaydigan samarali, muvozanatli tartibga solish tizimini yaratish zarurligi toʻgʻrisida xulosalar qilinadi.
