INTERNET TARMOGʻIDAN AXBOROT OLISH JARAYONINI HUQUQIY JIHATDAN TARTIBGA SOLISH VA AMALGA OSHIRISHDA VUJUDGA KELADIGAN MUAMMOLAR

Ushbu maqolada global tarmoqdan axborot olish jarayonida vujudga kelishi mumkin boʻlgan bir qator muammolar ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Asosiy urgʻu Internetdan foydalanish jarayonida vujudga keladigan salbiy oqibatlarni huquqiy tartibga solish masalalariga qaratilgan. Ilmiy maqolada axborotga boʻlgan huquqni tartibga solish va bu borada konstitutsiyaviy huquqni amalga oshirish nuqtayi nazaridan ahamiyatga ega boʻlgan masalalar tahlil qilingan. Internetning oʻziga xos xususiyatlaridan kelib chiqqan holda, axborotga boʻlgan konstitutsiyaviy huquqqa muayyan tahdidlar mavjudligi, shu sabab tarmoqda vujudga keladigan munosabatlarni tartibga soluvchi qonunchilikdagi takomillashtirish zarur boʻlgan yoʻnalishlar sanab oʻtilgan. Maqolada global tarmoqda mavjud tahdidlardan hisoblangan “Spam” mavzusi batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada xorijiy olimlarning turli taʼriflari va yondashuvlari oʻz aksini topgan. Ushbu tahlil va fikrlar mamlakatimizda global tarmoqdan axborot olish jarayonida vujudga kelishi mumkin boʻlgan tahdidlarning oldi olinishiga va ushbu sohadagi qonunchilikning takomillashtirilishiga xizmat qiladi.
