OʻZBEKISTONDA BOLALAR MEHNATI VA UNING XALQARO-HUQUQIY TARTIBGA SOLINISHI

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida bolalar mehnati va uning xalqaro-huquqiy tartibga solinishi bilan bogʻliq masalalar kompleks ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda bolalar mehnatining huquqiy tabiati, uning kelib chiqish omillari, bolalarni mehnat munosabatlariga jalb qilishning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va huquqiy oqibatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada bolalar mehnatining bolaning jismoniy va maʼnaviy rivojlanishiga, taʼlim olish huquqi hamda sogʻligʻiga salbiy taʼsir koʻrsatishi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Jumladan, Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasi, Mehnat kodeksi va bolalar huquqlarini himoya qilishga qaratilgan boshqa normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar tahlil qilinib, ularning xalqaro standartlarga muvofiqligi baholangan. Ayniqsa, mamlakatda bolalar mehnati va majburiy mehnatga qarshi kurashish sohasida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar, paxta yigʻim-terimi jarayonida bolalar mehnatini bartaraf etish boʻyicha koʻrilgan chora-tadbirlar hamda xalqaro tashkilotlar bilan hamkorlik masalalariga alohida eʼtibor qaratilgan.
