KIBERMAKONDA AVATARLARNING INTELLEKTUAL MULK OBYEKTI SIFATIDA TUTGAN OʻRNI

Mazkur maqolada kibermakon, uning paydo boʻlishi, rivojlanish asoslari va ijtimoiy tarmoqlar bilan oʻzaro bogʻliq jihatlari atroflicha oʻrganib chiqilgan. Kibermakondagi huquqiy tartibga solish tartib-taomillari, uning huquqiy tabiati, kibermakon haqida olimlarning fikr-mulohazalari ilmiy tahlil qilib oʻtilgan. Kibermakondagi ijtimoiy munosabatlar, internet olamidagi yangi munosabatlar, ularning tushunchasi, mazmun mohiyati hamda ahamiyati, kibermakondagi ijtimoiy munosabatlarning yangi obyektlari hisoblanmish avatarlarga alohida urgʻu berilgan. Avatarlarning virtual dunyo, umuman kibermakon bilan bogʻliq jihatlari, bu borada olimlarning keltirgan fikr va tavsiyalari maqolada oʻz aksini topgan. Shuningdek, avatarlarning kibermakondan qonuniy foydalanish chegaralari va usullari ilmiy tahlil qilingan. Bu boradagi statistik materiallar ham keltirib oʻtilgan. Kibermakonda nomoddiy neʼmatlarning himoya qilinishi, tartibi va turlari, usullari yoritib berilgan. Shu bilan bir qatorda, avatarlarning intellektual faoliyat natijasi ekanligi, intellektual mulk obyekti hisoblanishi, ularning asosi sifatida olimlar tomonidan berilgan ilmiy taʼriflar tahlil qilingan. Bundan tashqari, avatarlarning intellektual mulk obyekti hisoblanishi xalqaro va milliy normalar asosida oʻrganib chiqilgan. Kibermakonda avatarlarning intellektual mulk obyekti sifatida bevosita tartibga solishga qaratilgan mexanizmni yaratish hamda bu borada raqamli huquqni yanada rivojlantirish kerakligi haqida fikrlar ilgari surilgan.
