Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada o‘rindoshlik asosida ishlaydigan shaxslarning mehnatiga haq to‘lashning adolatli tartibi yoritilgan. Mehnat to‘g‘risidagi qonun hujjatlari ish beruvchiga o‘z xodimlariga ish haqining turli tizimlari, shakllari va miqdorlarini belgilash uchun keng imkoniyatlar berishiga qaramay, o‘rindoshlik asosida ishlayotgan xodimlar muayyan to‘lovlar bo‘yicha o‘z talablarini asoslashlari kerak. Mazkur maqsadga erishish uchun maqolada o‘rindoshlar mehnatiga haq to‘lash mehnat shartnomasining asosiy shartlaridan biri sifatida batafsil ko‘rib chiqilgan. Bundan tashqari, maqolada xodim ish haqining taxminiy hisob-kitobi keltirilgan. Muallif tomonidan o‘rindoshlarning ish haqidan tashqari, tadqiqot davomida ularga to‘liq to‘lanishi kerak bo‘lgan boshqa to‘lovlar, shu jumladan, tabiiy sharoiti og‘ir va noqulay hududlarda ishlayotgan xodimlarga beriladigan to‘lovlar ham o‘rganib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, ishdan bo‘shatish nafaqasini to‘lash, shuningdek, mehnat shartnomasi bekor qilinganda, neustoyka to‘lash tartibi tadqiq qilingan. Qonunchilik tahlili, shuningdek qiyosiy-huquqiy tadqiqotlar natijalari asosida, xususan, O‘zbekiston Respublikasining yangi Mehnat kodeksiga ko‘ra, muallif to‘lovlarni amalga oshirish tartibining joriy holatini takomillashtirishga oid oqilona va adekvat tavsiyalar bergan.
