Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada voyaga yetmagan jinoyatchi shaxsining kriminologik tavsifi va uning tizimli belgilariga doir masalalar atroflicha tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida ijtimoiy soʻrovnoma natijalari, sohaviy statistika va sud amaliyoti materiallaridan keng foydalanilgan. Muallif jinoyat sodir etgan voyaga yetmagan shaxs fenomenini jinoyat subyekti tushunchasidan farqlovchi mezonlarni aniqlagan holda uning biofiziologik, ijtimoiy-demografik, ruhiy va maʼnaviy-axloqiy maqomini ochib bergan. Xususan, voyaga yetmaganlarning ichki dunyosi, dunyoqarashi, qadriyatlarga munosabati va ijtimoiy mavqeyi ularning kriminologik tavsifida qay darajada ahamiyat kasb etishi asoslab berilgan. Bundan tashqari, maqolada xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi asosida voyaga yetmagan jinoyatchi shaxsining kriminologik tavsifi hamda mazkur jinoyatlarning oldini olish choralari bilan bog‘liq masalalar ham tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotda funksional yondashuv, mantiqiylik, tizimlilik, tarixiy, qiyosiy-huquqiy, statistik, sotsiologik so‘rovlar o‘tkazish kabi metodlar qo‘llangan. Xulosada sohadagi ilmiy qarashlar umumlashtirilib, voyaga yetmaganlar oʻrtasida jinoyatchilikning oldini olish choralarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan mualliflik tavsiyalari ilgari surilgan.
