Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi Qonuni zamonaviy raqamli jamiyat sharoitida qiyosiy-huquqiy va tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda milliy qonunchilikning Yevropa Ittifoqi Umumiy ma’lumotlarni himoya qilish reglamenti (GDPR) bilan o‘xshash va farqli jihatlari yoritilib, amaldagi huquqiy normalarning shaxsga doir ma’lumotlarni himoya qilishdagi samaradorligi baholangan. Shuningdek, sun’iy intellekt, transchegaraviy ma’lumotlar almashinuvi, “unutilish huquqi”, ma’lumotlar sizib chiqishi haqida xabardor qilish hamda vakolatli organning mustaqilligi bilan bog‘liq masalalar tahlil qilinib, milliy qonunchilikni takomillashtirishga qaratilgan ilmiy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
