Mazkur maqolada sun’iy intellekt tizimining o‘z harakatlari yoki harakatsizligi uchun fuqarolik-huquqiy javobgarligi bilan bog‘liq nazariy va amaliy muammolar tadqiq etilgan. Bundan tashqari, sun’iy intellekt tomonidan sodir etilgan delikt uchun fuqarolik-huquqiy javobgarlikka tortishning turli yondashuvlari va konsepsiyalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida sun’iy intellektni hozirgi bosqichda fuqarolik-huquqiy javobgarlikning mustaqil subyekti sifatida e’tirof etish uchun yetarli huquqiy asoslar mavjud emasligi asoslantirilgan. Shuningdek, sun’iy intellekt sohasidagi fuqarolik-huquqiy munosabatlarni takomillashtirish hamda uning huquqiy maqomini belgilashga oid masalalarni yaqin kelajakda ilmiy va normativ-huquqiy jihatdan yanada chuqur tadqiq etish zarurligi xulosa qilingan.
