Аннотация

В настоящей статье исследуются теоретические и практические проблемы, связанные с гражданско-правовой ответственностью систем искусственного интеллекта за собственные действия или бездействие. Кроме того, с научной точки зрения анализируются различные подходы и концепции привлечения к гражданско-правовой ответственности за деликты, совершённые искусственным интеллектом. В результате исследования обосновано отсутствие на современном этапе достаточных правовых оснований для признания искусственного интеллекта самостоятельным субъектом гражданско-правовой ответственности. Также сделан вывод о необходимости в ближайшем будущем дальнейшего углублённого научного и нормативно-правового исследования вопросов совершенствования гражданско-правовых отношений в сфере искусственного интеллекта и определения его правового статуса.
