FURTHER IMPROVEMENT OF CIVIL-LEGAL RELATIONS OF STORAGE IN A WAREHOUSE

In the modern era, it can be said that the content, essence, and place of goods storage
relations in the system of economic relations have fundamentally changed. Basically, the expansion of the
scope of rights and obligations of the parties to the contract is a direct result of competition, supply and
demand, initiative, and broad opportunities provided to the subjects. Therefore, this article analyzes
the need for further improvement of warehouse storage relations from a civil-legal point of view and the
introduction of regulatory legal acts necessary for solving existing problems in this area in the legislation
of Uzbekistan. The study used such methods as a historical and systematic approach, analysis and
synthesis, comparative legal analysis, normative legal and practical analysis, as well as generalization of
statistical data and drawing logical conclusions. As a result of the conducted research, it was established
that for organic and organo-mineral fertilizers stored in commodity warehouses, information on their
characteristics, hygiene rules, safety measures, as well as the plan of measures taken in emergency
situations should be placed in visible places in storage areas. These proposals were used in the development
of clauses 43, 44, and 45 of the “General Technical Regulations on the Safety of Organic and Organomineral
Fertilizers,” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 729
dated November 18, 2020. It should be noted that in the civil law of Uzbekistan, general issues related to the
custody agreement are covered within the framework of commentaries on the Civil Code and educational
literature. However, in the science of national civil law of Uzbekistan, there is a need for a broader study of
the legal basis of relations, such as the essence of the safekeeping agreement, its economic and legal tasks,
goals, role in the development of entrepreneurial activity, and new types of safekeeping.
