ISSUES OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES IN THE DIRECTION OF “JURISPRUDENCE”

The article reflects the results of research to study the issues of non-compliance with the requirements of scientific articles prepared in the direction of “jurisprudence». The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems allowed in the writing of scientific materials, as well as in the subsequent development of a methodological guide to improve the skills of writing scientific texts, thereby contributing to an increase in the number of scientific articles in international journals with a high index. During the study, covering the period from January 2019 to March 2021, more than 320 articles of the legal direction were analyzed, genre-compositional aspects, system-semantic, syntactic, and communicative-pragmatic features of each work were studied. Scientific research methods such as theoretical and comparative analysis, induction, deduction, generalization, system-semantic analysis are applied. Each scientific article was checked for plagiarism using special programs. Based on the results of the study, a step-by-step verification of articles was developed – technical and scientific expertise, including individual work with the authors of the articles. The need for training lawyers in academic writing and the correct design of scientific articles has been identified. The data obtained will be used as material for seminars and training.
