ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE ON RELATIONS BETWEEN PROSECUTOR’S OFFICES AND REPRESENTATIVE BODIES

Abstract

This article examines international experience in the work of prosecutors and representative bodies and their interaction. It examines the mechanism of cooperation of the prosecutor’s office in some foreign countries and the mechanisms of cooperation with other representative bodies, other civil society institutions, the international experience and the national legal system in the analysis of juvenile delinquency. we can also see their interaction in the processes related to the application of legislative norms in representative bodies. First of all, we will analyze the role of both organizations in public administration. We will also consider the experience of foreign countries. When analyzing the role of the prosecutor’s office in the state and government, it is primarily based on the national legal system. In conclusion, there are no international standards for prosecutors in the world. Because each state has its own internal management procedures, the prosecutor’s office is formed. In the United States, Estonia, and Kazakhstan, for example, the prosecutor’s office is considered part of the executive branch.
