LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN CIVIL COURTS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION: STATUS, GROUNDS AND PROCEDURE

this article analyzes the issues of participation of a legal representative in civil proceedings, the basics of legal representation and the procedure for participation in the case, the mandatory participation of a legal representative at the stage of consideration of the case in court. The advantages of the practical experience of developed foreign countries in improving the activities of legal representation in civil procedure legislation were studied. This article, as a doctrinal study, contains an analysis of legislative acts and scientific and theoretical sources. It examines the scientific concepts of the industry, views, conclusions and opinions of theoretical scientists. A comparative legal analysis of legislation in the field of the institution of representation was also carried out. The purpose of our research is a legal analysis of the institution of legal representation in dispute resolution in civil courts. This article analyzes the issues of participation of a legal representative in Civil procedural legislation today, the grounds for legal representation and the procedure for participation in the case, the mandatory participation of a legal representative at the stage of consideration of the case in court. The advantages of the practical experience of developed foreign countries in improving the activities of legal representation in Civil procedural legislation are studied. Proposals and recommendations were also made to improve the activities of the legal representation and legislation.
