The main focus is on analyzing the structure, functions, and interrelationships of these bodies, as well as their role in the formation of a legal state. The study reflects the key directions enshrined in the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026” and ‘On the “Uzbekistan–2030” Strategy,” in which special emphasis is placed on reforming the judicial-legal system and strengthening the principle of justice. The need for coordinated actions of courts, prosecutor’s offices, and other institutions ensuring the protection of human rights is noted. It is emphasized that the effective interaction of these bodies serves as the most important condition for the formation of a democratic society based on citizens’ trust in law and state institutions
