ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ ПРАВООХРАНИТЕЛЬНЫХ ОРГАНОВ И СУДЕБНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ ПРИ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИИ ПРАВ ГРАЖДАН

В статье рассматриваются значение и особенности взаимодействия судебных и правоохранительных органов Республики Узбекистан в процессе обеспечения верховенства закона и защиты прав и свобод граждан. Основное внимание уделяется анализу структуры, функций и взаимосвязи указанных органов, а также их роли в формировании правового государства. В исследовании отражены ключевые направления, закреплённые в Указах Президента Республики Узбекистан «О Стратегии развития Нового Узбекистана на 2022–2026 годы» и «О Стратегии “Узбекистан – 2030”», в которых особый акцент сделан на реформировании судебно-правовой системы и укреплении принципа справедливости. Отмечается необходимость согласованных и скоординированных действий судов, органов прокуратуры и иных институтов, обеспечивающих защиту прав человека. Подчёркивается, что эффективное взаимодействие указанных органов выступает важнейшим условием формирования демократического общества, основанного на доверии граждан к праву и государственным институтам.
