IMPROVING THE ROLE OF THE MAHALLA IN THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC SERVICES AND MECHANISMS FOR INTERACTION WITH STATE BODIES

This article analyzes the role and significance of the mahalla institution in increasing the efficiency of public services. It highlights the need to strengthen interaction between the mahalla and public administration bodies, the legal and organizational foundations of this process, as well as opportunities to improve the quality of public services through the introduction of modern digital technologies. The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the systematic improvement of mahalla institutions’ activities increases the efficiency of public services, ensures the legal interests of citizens, and strengthens management transparency. The study analyzes the mechanisms of integration between the mahalla and state bodies in the provision of public services, as well as the best practices of foreign countries, and examines their approaches to digitalizing the activities of self-government institutions and integrating them with state bodies. The conclusion identifies existing problems and develops proposals for their elimination.
