MAHALLANING DAVLAT XIZMATLARI KO‘RSATISHDAGI O‘RNI VA DAVLAT ORGANLARI BILAN O‘ZARO HAMKORLIK MEXANIZMLARINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Mazkur maqolada mahalla institutining davlat xizmatlari samaradorligini oshirishdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Unda mahalla va davlat boshqaruvi organlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hamkorlikni mustahkamlash zaruriyati, bu jarayonning huquqiy va tashkiliy asoslari, shuningdek, zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish orqali davlat xizmatlarini ko‘rsatish sifatini yaxshilash imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Mavzuning dolzarbligi shundaki, mahalla institutlari faoliyatini tizimli ravishda takomillashtirish davlat xizmatlari samaradorligini oshiradi, fuqarolarning huquqiy manfaatlarini ta’minlaydi hamda boshqaruv shaffofligini kuchaytiradi. Tadqiqotda davlat xizmatlarini ko‘rsatishda mahalla va davlat organlari o‘rtasidagi integratsiya mexanizmlari, shuningdek, xorijiy mamlakatlarning ilg‘or tajribalari tahlil qilinib, ularning o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish institutlari faoliyatini raqamlashtirish hamda davlat organlari bilan integratsiyalash borasidagi yondashuvlari o‘rganilgan. Xulosada mavjud muammolarni aniqlash hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
