IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF THE JUSTICE AUTHORITIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article provides an overview of artificial intelligence technologies that are rapidly developing today and deeply penetrating all aspects of daily life. A classification of the main types, functions, and tasks of artificial intelligence is given. The advantages and prospects of applying these technologies in the field of public administration are also highlighted. The article provides examples of the experience of foreign countries in the field of using artificial intelligence in public administration and their practice. In particular, the opinions of legal scholars, international experts in the field of artificial intelligence, and practitioners in this area were studied. As a result of the analysis of these views and experiences, the need to introduce artificial intelligence technologies into the system of justice bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including existing electronic platforms, was substantiated. This will be implemented to ensure transparency in public administration, increase the efficiency and accuracy of services provided, and improve the system for automating routine tasks. The article also focuses on substantiating recommendations for improving the system for considering appeals from individuals and legal entities.
