About the Journal

The journal "Jurisprudence" is a legal scientific and practical publication founded by Tashkent State University of Law. The journal is published 6 times a year.

"Jurisprudence" operates on the basis of open access, and scientific articles are reviewed through a system of anonymous expertise - double-blind peer review.

The publication covers all areas of jurisprudence. The journal is included in the list of scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) for the publication of the results of dissertations of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Doctor of Sciences (DSc) in Law.

Articles are published in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
